It is an exquisitely detailed etching by this Canadian Artist who was born in 1945 and now lives in Mexico.
This chimerical Work is undated, but she produced similar work in the '70s until the early '80s.

Felicity Rainnie was a fellow of the famed Mc Dowell Artist's colony in Peterborough, N.H., and a noted painter, printmaker, and photographer.
